How to Make Instant Pot Mojo Pork

  • 3.5-4 lbs. boneless pork butt or pork shoulder, cut into about 4 large chunks

  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

  • 1/2 cup grapefruit juice

  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons sugar


Instructions:

Prepare the Pork: Start by creating a flavorful rub for the pork. In a small bowl, combine dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, pepper, and ground mustard. Massage this aromatic mixture over the pork chunks, letting them marinate for a burst of Cuban goodness.
